• Avoid direct exposure to chemicals like perfumes or cleaning agents.
• Clean it regularly with a soft cloth or a silver cleaning solution.

3. Do you offer customization for your jewelry?
Currently, we do not provide customization services, but we offer a wide range of designs to suit every style and occasion.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets like Paytm and Google Pay.

5. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. You can track your order using the tracking link provided after purchase.

6. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our services to international markets.

7. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is inspected. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy page for more details.

8. How can I check if my silver jewelry is authentic?
Our products come with a hallmark stamp that certifies their purity. We take pride in offering only genuine silver jewelry.

Currently, we operate exclusively online, offering the convenience of shopping from your home.
